Event: Gourmet fair in Vienna
Within the framework of the traditional Gault&Millau food fair in the Viennese Kursalon Hübner or Stadtpark prepare on the 16. & September 17, 2023, one hundred of Austria’s best chefs will prepare refined creations. 70 winegrowers and many other partners provide an enjoyable supporting program.
Cooking stars like Heinz Reitbauer, Konstantin Filippou, Rudi Obauer, Silvio Nickol, Lukas Nagl, Martin Klein. The list of prominent names can be continued at will. In total, 100 of the best domestic chefs will arrive with their teams to prepare their most popular creations. It’s like a big family reunion of top domestic gastronomy.
Over 70 of the country’s best winemakers will provide the right wine accompaniment, including Willi Bründlmayer, Bernhard Ott, Domäne Wachau, René and Eva Pöckl, Gernot and Heike Heinrich, Weingut Juris and many more. For those who prefer a non-alcoholic accompaniment to their meal, the recommendations of the Austrian Tea Association are perfect. High-percentage beverages will not be missing either: Partners such as Remy Martin, Moet Hennessy or Hämmerle Edelbrände will spoil the palates. Plus, summer cocktails made with premium spirits and a wonderful beer selection.
