Ce qui a longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un produit di\u00e9t\u00e9tique classique des ann\u00e9es 1980 est aujourd&rsquo;hui red\u00e9couvert \u00e0 la fois par les nutritionnistes, les cuisiniers et les blogueurs alimentaires. La raison en est son \u00e9tonnante polyvalence : le cottage cheese a un go\u00fbt doux, est riche en prot\u00e9ines et peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 aussi bien dans des plats sal\u00e9s que sucr\u00e9s.  <br\/><br\/>Avec environ 11 \u00e0 13 grammes de prot\u00e9ines pour 100 grammes, le cottage cheese fait partie des produits laitiers les plus riches en prot\u00e9ines. En m\u00eame temps, il contient relativement peu de mati\u00e8res grasses et se combine parfaitement avec des l\u00e9gumes, des herbes, des fruits ou des \u00e9pices. Il est actuellement particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 comme base pour des sauces rapides, des desserts l\u00e9gers ou comme garniture cr\u00e9meuse pour des wraps.  <br\/><br\/>Il suffit de l&rsquo;essayer pour s&rsquo;apercevoir que le cottage cheese a bien plus de qualit\u00e9s en cuisine qu&rsquo;on ne l&rsquo;a longtemps cru. Nous avons s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 trois recettes pour vous : <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-frischer-cottage-cheese-wrap-mit-gemuse-und-krautern\"><strong>Cottage cheese wrap frais aux l\u00e9gumes et aux herbes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p><strong><em>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 2 wraps<\/em><\/strong><br\/>&#8211; 2 grands tortilla wraps<br\/>&#8211; 200 g de cottage cheese<br\/>&#8211; 1 petit avocat<br\/>&#8211; 1 carotte<br\/>&#8211; \u00bd concombre<br\/>&#8211; une poign\u00e9e de roquette<br\/>&#8211; 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron<br\/>&#8211; sel, poivre<br\/>&#8211; herbes fra\u00eeches (ciboulette ou persil, par exemple)<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><em>Pr\u00e9paration<\/em><\/strong><br\/>&#8211; M\u00e9langer le cottage cheese avec le jus de citron, le sel, le poivre et les herbes finement hach\u00e9es. <br\/>&#8211; Chauffer bri\u00e8vement les tortillas dans une po\u00eale pour les rendre souples.<br\/>&#8211; Couper l&rsquo;avocat en tranches, r\u00e2per grossi\u00e8rement la carotte et couper le concombre en fines lamelles. <br\/>&#8211; Tartiner les wraps de cr\u00e8me au cottage cheese, r\u00e9partir les l\u00e9gumes et la roquette dessus et les enrouler fermement. Si vous souhaitez obtenir une consistance particuli\u00e8rement cr\u00e9meuse, vous pouvez r\u00e9duire bri\u00e8vement la masse en pur\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un mixeur-plongeur. <br\/>&#8211; Verser la cr\u00e8me dans des verres, r\u00e9partir les baies dessus et parsemer de noix hach\u00e9es. Un peu de citron r\u00e2p\u00e9 apporte une fra\u00eecheur suppl\u00e9mentaire. Ce dessert est l\u00e9ger, riche en prot\u00e9ines et convient aussi parfaitement comme en-cas sucr\u00e9 l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-schnelle-cottage-cheese-pastasauce\"><strong>Sauce pour p\u00e2tes au cottage cheese rapide<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p><strong><em>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 2 portions<\/em><\/strong><br\/>&#8211; 200 g de cottage cheese<br\/>&#8211; 1 petite gousse d&rsquo;ail<br\/>&#8211; 30 g de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<br\/>&#8211; 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br\/>&#8211; un peu de jus de citron<br\/>&#8211; sel et poivre noir<br\/>&#8211; p\u00e2tes fra\u00eechement cuites (p. ex. tagliatelles ou pennes)<br\/>&#8211; en option : \u00e9pinards ou courgettes r\u00f4ties<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><em>Pr\u00e9paration<\/em><\/strong><br\/>&#8211; Mixer le cottage cheese avec l&rsquo;ail, le parmesan, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et un filet de jus de citron dans un mixeur ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un mixeur plongeant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;une cr\u00e8me lisse.<br\/>&#8211; R\u00e9chauffer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la sauce dans une po\u00eale et assaisonner de sel et de poivre.<br\/>&#8211; M\u00e9langer ensuite avec des p\u00e2tes fra\u00eechement cuites. Des \u00e9pinards ou des courgettes bri\u00e8vement grill\u00e9s se marient particuli\u00e8rement bien avec ce plat.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Un petit conseil pour finir : <\/strong>Si vous souhaitez utiliser le cottage cheese de mani\u00e8re encore plus polyvalente, vous pouvez \u00e9galement l&rsquo;utiliser comme base pour des dips, des p\u00e2tes \u00e0 tartiner ou m\u00eame des p\u00e2tes \u00e0 cr\u00eapes.
