Le terme \u00ab\u00a0Sunday Scaries\u00a0\u00bb ne s&rsquo;est pas \u00e9tabli par hasard. Des \u00e9tudes neuroscientifiques montrent que notre cerveau est particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9ceptif au stress comme au repos dans les 30 \u00e0 60 minutes qui suivent le r\u00e9veil.<br\/>Celui qui commence la journ\u00e9e avec des messages push, des e-mails et des m\u00e9dias sociaux d\u00e9marre en mode r\u00e9action. Une \u00e9tude de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 de Princeton a montr\u00e9 que le d\u00e9sordre visuel r\u00e9duit de mani\u00e8re mesurable les performances cognitives.
