Environ 80 % des cellules immunitaires s&rsquo;y trouvent. Pour que celles-ci puissent bien travailler, elles ont toutefois besoin d&rsquo;un environnement ad\u00e9quat, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire d&rsquo;une flore intestinale saine.    <\/p>\n\n<p>La cl\u00e9 r\u00e9side dans une alimentation saine et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, qui favorise les bact\u00e9ries intestinales utiles. En p\u00e9riode de rhume, privil\u00e9giez les fruits et l\u00e9gumes frais tels que les poivrons rouges, les pousses de chou, les brocolis, les carottes, les courges, l&rsquo;ail, les oignons ou les groseilles noires, les oranges et le gingembre. Ceux-ci sont riches en vitamines, en substances v\u00e9g\u00e9tales secondaires, en min\u00e9raux et en oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments. Surmontez donc vos d\u00e9mons int\u00e9rieurs et faites de l&rsquo;exercice. Les sports d&rsquo;endurance r\u00e9guliers sont particuli\u00e8rement efficaces : ils renforcent non seulement les muscles et le syst\u00e8me cardiovasculaire, mais aussi le syst\u00e8me immunitaire. Cela vaut tout particuli\u00e8rement pour l&rsquo;exercice en plein air. En effet, cela permet au corps de faire le plein de vitamine D, qui joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le important dans le renforcement du syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9fense de l&rsquo;organisme.      <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>A propos de la vitamine D : celle-ci n&rsquo;est gu\u00e8re pr\u00e9sente dans l&rsquo;alimentation, mais le corps peut la produire lui-m\u00eame en cas d&rsquo;ensoleillement, comme nous l&rsquo;avons mentionn\u00e9. Cependant, compte tenu de la faible dur\u00e9e d&rsquo;ensoleillement en hiver, de nombreuses personnes &#8211; des \u00e9tudes estiment que jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 40 pour cent des Europ\u00e9ens &#8211; souffrent d&rsquo;une carence en vitamine D en hiver. Il est donc pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de ralentir et de faire une pause. Des \u00e9tudes montrent que le risque de maladie augmente lorsque la dur\u00e9e du sommeil diminue. En effet, le sommeil stimule \u00e9galement la production de cellules immunitaires importantes telles que les cellules T et augmente leur activit\u00e9. Dormir moins de sept heures augmente le risque d&rsquo;infections telles que le rhume, car le manque de sommeil entrave le fonctionnement des cellules T et favorise les processus inflammatoires, ce qui rend le corps moins apte \u00e0 se d\u00e9fendre contre les virus. Ils sont cens\u00e9s, entre autres, renforcer le syst\u00e8me cardiovasculaire, r\u00e9duire le risque d&rsquo;hypertension &#8211; et renforcer le syst\u00e8me immunitaire. En effet, la chaleur fait transpirer le corps de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que la fi\u00e8vre, tout en am\u00e9liorant la circulation sanguine. Avec des s\u00e9ances de sauna r\u00e9guli\u00e8res, les agents pathog\u00e8nes n&rsquo;ont donc aucune chance.
