Trois recettes (saines) pour se sentir bien.   <\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Des plats simples et familiers qui nous apportent du r\u00e9confort en p\u00e9riode de stress ou de froid &#8211; c&rsquo;est la comfort food. Des plats qui donnent l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;avoir pass\u00e9 une bonne soir\u00e9e sur le canap\u00e9. Des plats qui ont un go\u00fbt de grand-m\u00e8re ou qui nous transportent imm\u00e9diatement sur une \u00eele grecque. Ce sont des petits moments de d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9ration, des voyages nostalgiques dans le pass\u00e9 ou simplement une \u00e9treinte douillette pour l&rsquo;\u00e2me.     <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kann-comfort-food-auch-gesund-sein\"><strong>La nourriture de confort peut-elle aussi \u00eatre saine ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Il faut bien l&rsquo;avouer : La plupart du temps, les aliments r\u00e9confortants sont assez caloriques, souvent gras et lourds. Mais il peut en \u00eatre autrement &#8211; la nourriture de confort peut aussi \u00eatre saine et l\u00e9g\u00e8re, sans pour autant renoncer au go\u00fbt habituel et aux effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques. Voici trois recettes qui font du bien \u00e0 tous les niveaux.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ofenkartoffeln-mit-avocado-und-topfen\"><strong>Pommes de terre au four \u00e0 l&rsquo;avocat et au topfen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Un plat simple qui devient un v\u00e9ritable mood food gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la combinaison de graisses saines, de fibres et de prot\u00e9ines. M\u00eame mamie s&rsquo;en r\u00e9jouit !   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 tranches de pain complet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 petit oignon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de beurre (ou 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml de soupe de l\u00e9gumes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u0153uf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sel, poivre, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de marjolaine (facultatif)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>persil frais<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer le pain :<\/strong><br\/>Couper le pain complet en petits cubes.
