Arabelle Kamler, coach en nutrition, nous donne un aper\u00e7u des principales    <\/em>tendances alimentaires<em>pour 2025 et montre comment nous pouvons am\u00e9liorer nos habitudes alimentaires de mani\u00e8re durable et individuelle.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 (OMS) tire la sonnette d&rsquo;alarme : selon une \u00e9tude, la premi\u00e8re cause de mortalit\u00e9 dans le monde depuis quelques ann\u00e9es est due \u00e0 de faux m\u00e9dicaments.<s> <\/s>l&rsquo;alimentation. Un changement drastique de nos habitudes alimentaires est indispensable pour faire face aux risques croissants pour la sant\u00e9. \u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;alimentation n&rsquo;est pas seulement ce que nous mangeons, mais aussi la fa\u00e7on dont nous organisons notre vie\u00a0\u00bb, explique Arabelle Kamler, experte en nutrition renomm\u00e9e bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Vienne. En mettant l&rsquo;accent sur la pr\u00e9vention et la sensibilisation, elle voit sept tendances cl\u00e9s qui vont marquer nos assiettes dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-nbsp-functional-food-superfoods-mit-mehrwert\"><strong>1. aliments fonctionnels : des super-aliments \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Les aliments fonctionnels ne sont plus une niche depuis longtemps. Des aliments aux bienfaits tels que l&rsquo;ashwagandha (\u00e9galement appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0baie du sommeil\u00a0\u00bb) ou le matcha aident le corps \u00e0 g\u00e9rer le stress et \u00e0 trouver un \u00e9quilibre hormonal. En principe, selon Kamler, \u00ab\u00a0on peut apporter beaucoup de bienfaits \u00e0 l&rsquo;organisme avec seulement quelques ajouts de certains nutriments\u00a0\u00bb. Chaque personne a des besoins diff\u00e9rents, et la nutrition peut r\u00e9pondre de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e aux d\u00e9fis de sant\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, souligne Kamler. Ainsi, les maladies chroniques telles que le diab\u00e8te ou le syndrome du c\u00f4lon irritable peuvent \u00eatre mieux prises en charge.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-nbsp-back-to-the-roots-zuruck-zur-naturlichkeit-nbsp\"><strong>4. retour aux sources : retour au naturel  <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Autrefois, le bl\u00e9 \u00e9tait un aliment de base sain, mais aujourd&rsquo;hui, \u00e0 cause de la surculture, il n&rsquo;a presque plus d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs\u00a0\u00bb, explique Kamler. Le retour \u00e0 des aliments originaux comme les patates douces ou des alternatives faites maison comme les wraps aux \u00e9pinards sans farine sont au premier plan. Le je\u00fbne ou le je\u00fbne intermittent sont \u00e9galement des \u00ab\u00a0outils naturels\u00a0\u00bb qui compl\u00e8tent notre alimentation, selon Kamler.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-nbsp-organisch-und-praventiv-fur-ein-langes-leben\"><strong>5. organique et pr\u00e9ventif : pour une longue vie<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9vention devient un sujet cl\u00e9. Des aliments comme le curcuma, l&rsquo;ail ou les artichauts soutiennent le foie, tandis que les aliments riches en fibres comme l&rsquo;avoine ou les graines de lin favorisent la sant\u00e9 intestinale. \u00ab\u00a0Notre alimentation peut faire tellement de bien &#8211; elle peut non seulement nous fournir de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, mais aussi soutenir des organes cibl\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-nbsp-happy-food-stressbewaltigung-durch-die-richtige-ernahrung\"><strong>6. happy food : g\u00e9rer le stress par une bonne alimentation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Les flocons d&rsquo;avoine pour la s\u00e9rotonine, le chocolat noir pour les endorphines : certains aliments peuvent avoir une influence positive sur notre humeur. \u00ab\u00a0Il est particuli\u00e8rement important de calmer le syst\u00e8me nerveux dans une p\u00e9riode de stress\u00a0\u00bb, explique Kamler. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-7-nbsp-ganzheitlich-ausgewogen-abwechslungsreich-die-basis-fur-alles\"><strong>7. holistique, \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, vari\u00e9 : la base de tout<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Une alimentation saine et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e implique la bonne composition et, surtout, la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des bons aliments avec une densit\u00e9 nutritionnelle \u00e9lev\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, souligne Kamler. Dans le meilleur des cas, cela ne devrait pas \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 une fois par jour, mais \u00e0 chaque repas que nous prenons.
