C&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l\u00e0 qu&rsquo;intervient la sensorimotricit\u00e9, une combinaison de mots signifiant \u00ab\u00a0sensoriel\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0moteur\u00a0\u00bb. \u00ab\u00a0La sensorialit\u00e9 d\u00e9crit la r\u00e9ception des informations et leur transmission au syst\u00e8me nerveux central dans le cerveau et la moelle \u00e9pini\u00e8re, tandis que la motricit\u00e9 concerne la commande et la contraction des muscles\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9crit Daniel Bischof de la Flexifit Sports Academy. Ainsi, la sensori-motricit\u00e9 peut \u00eatre d\u00e9finie comme la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 harmoniser l&rsquo;interaction entre le syst\u00e8me nerveux et les muscles pour favoriser la coordination et optimiser les mouvements.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hoheres-verletzungsrisiko\"><strong>Risque de blessure plus \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Cependant, si la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibrage est compromise ou si le sens de l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre est d\u00e9faillant, il peut y avoir des troubles de la perception et des mouvements inad\u00e9quats &#8211; associ\u00e9s \u00e0 un risque accru de blessures. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 qu&rsquo;intervient l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement sensori-moteur : \u00ab\u00a0Il comprend l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement des capacit\u00e9s de coordination, dans le but d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer les performances, la mobilit\u00e9 et la posture, de pouvoir effectuer des mouvements plus complexes et de traiter les stimuli plus rapidement\u00a0\u00bb, explique le scientifique du sport Bischof, qui pr\u00e9cise que cet entra\u00eenement est non seulement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 toutes les classes d&rsquo;\u00e2ge, mais aussi tout \u00e0 fait recommand\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Large \u00e9ventail d&rsquo;exercices<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;entra\u00eenement sensorimoteur peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 en tant qu&rsquo;unit\u00e9 distincte ou sous la forme d&rsquo;exercices individuels int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement traditionnel.
