La villa Bunzl \u00e0 Vienne-D\u00f6bling, class\u00e9e monument historique, montre \u00e0 quel point le modernisme viennois des ann\u00e9es 1930 s’harmonise avec l’architecture contemporaine. Construite en 1935 d’apr\u00e8s les plans de l’architecte Josef Frank (1885-1967), la villa de style Bauhaus, qui est d’ailleurs sa derni\u00e8re construction pr\u00e9vue \u00e0 Vienne, a \u00e9t\u00e9 restaur\u00e9e ces derniers mois par \u00ab\u00a0amb Development\u00a0\u00bb en accord avec l’Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des monuments historiques dans le respect de son style et agrandie d’un cube largement vitr\u00e9. Entre autres, dans un patio au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, dans le salon avec chemin\u00e9e ouverte dans le salon ou sur la terrasse avec piscine et la domotique moderne une ambiance de premi\u00e8re classe qui n’a pas son pareil dans cette combinaison. Cofondateur du Werkbund autrichien, puis initiateur et directeur artistique de la cit\u00e9 du Werkbund \u00e0 Vienne-Hietzing, il fut \u00e9galement l’un des fondateurs des Congr\u00e8s internationaux d’architecture moderne (CIAM).
