Homage to the craft<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

With its six new models for the Premier Collection, the Swiss watch manufacturer Breitling returns to its origins: classic and contemporary, stylish and ready for all eventualities.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

It is now 80 years since Willy Breitling turned a groundbreaking vision into reality. Why, asked the scion of the family active in the watch business since 1884, should a watch be merely practical and functional? Why not also durable, beautiful, even luxurious? Exactly. In 1943, Breitling realized this vision and launched the “Premier” collection of elegant chronographs, equipped with the best materials and calibers, true masterpieces. In 2021, Breitling relaunched the “Premier” collection to honor the craft and quality of master watchmaking. And now, just in time for its 80th birthday, this line is being expanded with six new, modern chronographs.<\/p>\n\n

Precision, reliability, functionality<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

And the newcomers are truly something to behold: All six Premier B01 models are powered by Breitling’s self-winding Caliber 01, which stands for precision, reliability and functionality. Accordingly, each watch also meets the strict COSC (Controle officiel suisse de chronom\u00e8tres) certification for a daily accuracy of -4\/+6 seconds. In addition, the “Premier” models are also all water resistant up to 100 meters (10 bar) – in line with the wishes of Willy Breitling, who always wanted to combine usefulness with elegance. <\/p>\n\n

The house also keeps up with the times in terms of design: vintage “premier” design details such as the smooth bezel, twin-register dial, elegant rectangular pushers and applied Arabic numerals reflect the claim to modernity, tradition and history in equal measure. The watches are available with classic alligator leather strap or seven-row metal bracelet.<\/p>\n\n
